Dr. Tarek Hany El-Hashimy- COO
Prof. Dr. Hany Mohamed El-Hashimy is a Professor of Reinforced Concrete Structures at Cairo University, serving since 1994. He holds a B.Sc. (1975), M.Sc. (1979), and Ph.D. (1983) in Structural Engineering from the same institution. Since 2004, he has directed the Development Research and Technical Planning Center (DRTPC), delivering specialized engineering consultancy for major national projects. He is a long-standing member of the Permanent Scientific Committee for the Egyptian Reinforced Concrete Code, contributing to its development and updates, as well as to the Large Dams Code.
Dr. El-Hashimy also serves as Vice President of the Egyptian Society of Civil Engineers, is a certified engineering arbitrator, and remains active in professional and accreditation bodies. He has participated in numerous major engineering projects in Egypt and abroad.
